Saturday, 2:30 PM — Guests arrive and find their seats.
Saturday, 4:00 PM — Ceremony begins.
Saturday, 5:00 PM — Cocktail hour and portraits.
Saturday, 6:30 PM — Dinner and toasts.
Saturday, 8:00 PM — Dancing and dessert bar.
Sunday, 10:00 AM — Farewell brunch.

Transportation

Shuttles run from the main hotel to the venue starting at 2:45 PM.
